Jersey Shore Awning has a lineup that includes six models ranging from the economical Newport to the German-engineered and built in America full cassette Riviera. Choose from basic and functional to commercial grade to suit your needs.

Warranties

All of our retractable awnings have a manufacturer’s 10 yr warranty on the frame and hardware. All acrylic fabric is warrantied for 7 years and as always Jersey Shore Awning has a two year warranty on workmanship.

The Newport

The Newport Retractable Awning adds fashion and function to your backyard. Our awnings are designed to be self supporting, so you can enjoy your view without looking at unattractive poles or supports. When your awning is open, its attractive look makes a stunning statement. The shade an awning provides can reduce the temperature on your deck or patio by up to 20 degrees. The Newport Retractable Awning can also add equity to your home and will provide years of lasting performance and enjoyment.

The Hampton

The Hampton is an elegant retractable awning that provides shade on demand, while reducing cooling costs and protecting your family from harmful UV rays. The Hampton combines superior engineering and state-of-the-art technology. The unique Flex-Pitch Shoulder allows you to change the angle of your awning with the simple turn of a crank. You adjust the pitch to match the sun. All frame components have an electrostatic powder coated durable finish to prevent chipping and cracking.

The Venetian

The Geneva

A contemporary style with outstanding performance perfectly describes the Genéva. This commercial grade awning comes standard with a partial cassette, which helps protect awning's fabric roll when it is retracted. The shade an awning creates can make your patio feel up to 20 degrees cooler and helps to protect your family from harmful UV rays. The Riviera

Limited mounting space is never a problem for the Riviera, which can be installed in as little as 6 inches of space. Providing all the shade you need with sizes up to 24' wide and 11'8" projection, comfort is yours even with a tight mounting area. Drop forged arm components provide superior strength and the full cassette will keep even the most industrious birds away.

The Robusta

The Robusta is a versatile heavy duty retracting window awning system that utilizes a unique arm-tensioned fabric to provide sun protection and reduce heat gain. To let in the light or during extreme weather, simply retract the awning using the standard hand crank or optional electric motor. It's perfect for use on windows and solariums on private homes, schools and office buildings.

ZIP Screens

The FlexShade Zip system is designed with an ingenius side channel fabric retention system, so that fabric edges are concealed within the decorative powder coated aluminum frame for a clean finish. The FlexShade Zip protects against the sun’s harmful rays while providing comfort, daytime privacy and insect protection.

ZIP Screen Features

Excellent for windows, large patio openings, and creating screen enclosures.
Exterior Flexshades block up to 95% of solar heat gain and a can lower air conditioning cost by up to 60%.
Decorative and durable powder coated, extruded aluminum housings are available in angled, curved and square profiles, six color choices and feature sealed ball bearings for smooth, quiet operation.
Custom sizes up to 16' 4" wide and/or 16' tall with a wide selection of mesh solar shade fabrics and insect screens.
Low profile 15/8" wide fabric retention side channels will hide the installation screws and electrical wiring.
Very wind resistant: Wind tunnel tested up to 90 MPH.

Installed Retractable Awnings and Screens

IMPORTANT NOTE

Retractable awnings are designed for sun protection only. Warranties will not cover damage caused by weather conditions such as wind, rain, snow or sleet. The awning fabric is covered by a 10 Year warranty and the motor is covered with a 7-year warranty.
